What is SOUND HEALING?
Sound healing is a beautiful therapeutic modality that utilizes both ancient and modern concepts.
Sound healing works on many different levels, from activating water molecules and bone structures within our bodies, brainwave entrainment and balance, to working within our bioenergetic field, repairing and rebalancing through biofeedback.
Sound healing is diverse in its use and application. Everything in creation vibrates at a specific frequency. When our bodies have injuries or imbalances, whether physical or energetic, by using calming frequencies and applying vibration, we can send feedback to the body when something is out of tune.
Sound healing has many different applications, and current research continues to expand every day.

I have some basic recommendations to get started, but nothing is essential, as you will find your own way. Weighted tuning fork (128hz recommended)
-
One or two handmade Tibetan singing bowls (we have some available for sale)
-
A pendulum

If you have a massage table and can bring it
These are the fundamental items for one-on-one work. If you have other instruments you play or rattles, drums, gongs, chimes, flutes, crystal bowls, etc., you are also welcome to bring them. However, for group work, we will have some for you to use and try so you can see which ones you would like to work with.
The tuning forks are available here for purchase, as well as the Tibetan bowls.
