The Four Moons Within Me
November 14th to 17th ' 2024
The Four Moons Within Me is a sacred retreat designed for women seeking to deepen their connection with the cycles of the moon and the natural rhythms of life. Through exploring the four powerful feminine archetypes—the Maiden, the Mother, Medicine Woman, and Wise Woman—this retreat invites participants to reflect on the phases of their own lives, guided by lunar energy.
Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation as they tune into the wisdom held within each archetype.
The retreat offers a blend of ritual, guided meditation, storytelling, and communal sharing to embody the lessons of each phase. Whether embracing the youthful curiosity of the Maiden, nurturing creativity as the Mother, tapping into intuitive healing as the Medicine Woman, or harvesting the wisdom of the Wise Woman, this experience is an opportunity to honor every stage of womanhood.
Set against the backdrop of nature, this retreat provides a nurturing space to connect with your inner cycles, align with lunar phases, and emerge feeling more attuned to your own life’s rhythm and purpose.

What to expect
Yoga:
The yoga practices in our retreat are designed to be nurturing, flowing, and deeply connected to the body’s natural rhythms. Each session invites participants to attune to the subtle energies within, aligning their movements with the cycles of the moon and the wisdom of each archetype.
Gentle sequences, mindful breathwork, and restorative postures guide the body through a journey of connection, honoring where each woman is in her life and cycle. The practices are intuitive and grounding, encouraging a harmonious relationship with the body’s rhythms while fostering a sense of inner balance and self-compassion.
Workshops:
Over the four days of the retreat, Moon Circles will guide participants in consciously connecting with the phases of the moon and the four feminine archetypes: Maiden, Mother, Medicine Woman, and Wise Woman. Each day focuses on one lunar phase, offering practices, discussions, and rituals aligned with its energy.
Through experiential learning, participants will explore how these lunar phases mirror life stages, tapping into the archetypes’ wisdom. The workshops will include guided reflection, creative exercises, and sharing circles to deepen this connection, allowing each woman to understand how the cycles of the moon can inform her growth and transformation.
Creative Expression:
There will be dedicated time for participants to explore their experiences through creative modalities like art therapy, somatic movement, and intuitive expression. These sessions are designed to allow women to process and express what arises from connecting with the four archetypes and lunar phases. Whether through painting, free-form movement, or spontaneous writing, participants are encouraged to engage with their inner world in a way that feels authentic and healing. This creative exploration adds depth to the journey, offering another layer of connection to the wisdom within.
