This course is designed as an introduction to Yoga Somatics, giving you gentle, mindful movement practices to release tension, restore ease, and deepen your body awareness—all from the comfort of your home. I see this as a chance to create an online community, for those who live far away or can’t attend in person. As I learn and grow in offering online formats, I’m grateful to share this exploration with those who join. Together, we’ll move, reflect, and nurture the connection between body, mind, and presence.
