Yoga Class Standard: All yoga classes will include yoga postures working with breathing and guided relaxation. Classes can be before work, during the day or lunch or after work. Participants will need clothes comfortable to exercise in.

Yoga Class Restorative: Restorative classes are designed with rest and relaxation in mind. There is no dynamic movement and is suitable for all levels. This class requires additional equipment as such special props are provided for maximum comfort.

Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra is pure relaxation. It is a fantastic program for lunch time to allow staff to rest and rejuvenate. Returning after lunch full of inspiration and energy.

Mindfulness Class: The research supporting mindfulness in the work place is inspiriting. This can be practiced by anyone at any time. Prices are for ongoing classes but also can be run as a 6-week course.

Effective Management of Stress and Anxiety Seminar:
Work place related stress has become a huge problem around the globe. Fatigue, lack of sleep, headaches, low energy, depression and anxiety are some of the side effects. Left untreated this can lead to high blood pressure and a host of more serious problems. More so it can cost you your staff. Statistics show 83% of people experience stress in the work place on a regular basis. More than 20% of employees spend time thinking about stress while at work. A large percentage of this will go by un-reported and commonly un-noticed.
This seminar is designed to give an understanding of stress, how it affects our body, mind and performance. It will provide simple tools to use to manage stress and anxiety. It will give insight and inspiration in a range of topics from diet, exercise, breathing and relaxation through to understanding how our mind and brain function.
All attendants will receive a booklet with exercises and information to utilize.
Gain access to a library of short online videos to practice breathing, mindfulness and relaxation so they can continue the practices they learn at any time.
This is a full day seminar; it can be offered in an abbreviated form in a half day seminar.
