What to expect

Yoga:

All activities in our program are included and the opportunity to attend all of the yoga and meditation sessions. The schedule is designed to include two yoga classes a day, apart from Friday which will only include one yoga class after your arrival. Morning classes are intended to be with more movement to start that day and warm up. The evening classes are a restorative style to  prepare us for a good night sleep. We specialize on Traditional Hatha and Restorative styles.  Our classes have a trademark of an open space where everyone feels safe and accepted. It is our vision to create a holistic experience that inspires body, mind and spirit.

Workshops:

You will be invited to step into the Art of Ritual. Rituals mark life's momentous and symbolic events: from special birthdays and holidays to personal affairs such as a child's first day of school or the death of a beloved pet. Over time, and as people and circumstances change, some rituals become merely habitual, losing their significance and creating a hunger for more meaningful methods of celebration. We will explore the power, relevance, and need for ritual. It is for committed and soul-centered women who want to fully step into their Light and live into their highest.

During the Retreat we will gather in a Women's Circle in an intimate space to learn new ways of speaking and listening. It is a space were we can discover and integrate the freshness of the woman we are becoming. We gather together as equals united by the same purpose of creating a container of truth telling, sacred witnessing, healing and transformation.

We are delighted to have Clara del Bosque, a Certified Forest Bathing facilitator that will guide us in a Cacao Ceremony and Forest Bathing session. These experiences open our hearts to the elements and to our deepest callings.

On Sunday we will have a specialized Women's Health workshop with Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. We will talk about such important topics in our women's cycles like urinary incontinence, prolapse, pain, sexual dysfunction and pleasure. Together we can empower each other to a whole integration in our body.

Walking trails:
