Neti, or nasal rinsing, is a process of cleansing and purifying t!he nasal passages with a nasal rinse cup and saline solution.

The Saline Solution:
Fill Neti Pot with warm water. Mix approximately ¼ teaspoon of fine non-iodized rock or sea salt until it is fully dissolved. Lean over a sink and tilt your head at a 45-degree angle. Gently insert the spout in the upper nostril so it forms a comfortable seal. Raise the pot gradually so the saline solution flows in through your upper nostril and out of the lower nostril. Breathe through your mouth.
Cleaning Your Neti:
After use, simply wash out the pot with warm water and give a good wash once weekly
